You’ll work with a dynamic team, manage court litigated claims, and ensure top-notch service for clients. If you’ve got a knack for negotiation and a keen eye for detail, this role might be the perfect fit!What You’ll Do:Manage credit hire claims from inception to conclusionLiaise with clients, insurers, and third parties to gather necessary informationConduct thorough investigations to establish liability and assess damagesNegotiate settlements for the best possible outcomesMaintain detailed records of all communicationsStay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practicesProvide exceptional customer service and address client queries promptlyAbout You:Minimum 2 years of experience handling credit hire claims is essentialStrong negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving favorable outcomesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalSolid understanding of relevant legislation and regulations governing credit hire claimsProficient in case management systems and Microsoft Office applicationsProactive problem solver with strong attention to detailIf you’re dedicated, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!
