From preventive care to comprehensive medical support, we aim to empower individuals to take charge of their health, inspiring them to make the most of their wellbeing.The CRM Data Operations Executive will act as the SME for campaign data and reporting within the CRM team, as well as support in the broader understanding of this data across the wider business.Key responsibilities:

  • Proactively identifying opportunities where marketing data and/or technology will improve our CRM communications, reduce manual tasks, and improve the customer experience.
  • Capture requirements for new data sources/fields to be integrated with SFMC through collaborative journey design with the CRM Communications Manager/Executives.
  • Supporting the CRM Data Manager with advanced feature testing, to launch new data/ channels/ SFMC functional capability into BAU within the team, providing training and ongoing operational support.
  • First point of call to trouble-shoot any SFMC issues that arise post-launch and provide solution plan.
  • Operating as an SFMC Super User to support campaign approvals from a data perspective.
  • Creation and management of Campaign meta-data within Salesforce for campaign measurement, including paid marketing activity and lead generation.
  • Maintain system hygiene through naming conventions, folder, archive, and template management.
  • Creation of SFMC reports and/or Salesforce reports and dashboards for effective campaign performance monitoring and identification of communication optimisation opportunities, with rollout to wider business stakeholders as needed.
  • Identifying data quality enhancement opportunities and liaising with teams such as Sales and Service to resolve.
  • Supporting the CRM Data Manager with data governance documentation.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and SFMC new feature releases to evolve our capabilities.

About YouYou’ll be naturally be data-driven and inquisitive, with an understanding of the core CRM performance metrics to deliver performance improvement with a customer-centric focus.To be considered, you’ll need to have:

  • Proven experience in SFMC data extensions for creating and managing audiences to deliver successful customer-centric campaigns and automated programmes
  • Experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards – use of alternative reporting software in a developer capacity would be considered
  • Proficient in understanding data extensions, naming conventions and robust Quality Assurance testing
  • Experience briefing new data requirements and carrying out UAT on new features
  • Up to date knowledge of latest GDPR, ICO and other data protection legislation
  • Experienced in stakeholder management and developing robust business relationships
  • Self-motivated and results driven, with an ability to challenge the status quo
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Experience working in both B2B and B2C companies, as well as healthcare sectors/ regulated industries is advantageous, though not essential
