• Title / Designation: CRM Technical Consultant – Dynamics 365
• Position in organisation: Senior Software Engineer
• Location: Pune
• Work Mode: UK shift – 1pm to 10pm IST

Role & responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to meet business requirements.
• Develop customizations using Power Apps and Power Automate to enhance Dynamics 365 functionality.
• Implement and configure Azure Functions to integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and design solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of Dynamics 365 applications.
• Document technical designs, configuration settings, and customizations.

Candidate requirements:

• Minimum 5 to 8 years in developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
• Strong proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with Azure Functions and integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems and services.
• Solid understanding of business processes and requirements analysis.
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skill
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
