- Act as the Lead Teaching Support member for the Humanities Teacher
- Manage the review of internal procedures and implement strategic improvements
- Complete 121’s, training and performance reviews with team members
- Support with recruitment for the department inclusive of assisting with assessment days
- Partner with a range of organisations inclusive of training providers and CIAG agencies
Skills & Experience
- Relevant teaching qualification to degree level or equivalent
- Experience of managing teams and supporting with performance management
- Previous experience working with college or university students aged 16+
- Demonstratable ability of working in a Science based education setting
- Ability to develop relationships with people of all levels
