• Act as the Lead Teaching Support member for the Humanities Teacher
• Manage the review of internal procedures and implement strategic improvements
• Complete 121’s, training and performance reviews with team members
• Support with recruitment for the department inclusive of assisting with assessment days
• Partner with a range of organisations inclusive of training providers and CIAG agencies

Skills & Experience

• Relevant teaching qualification to degree level or equivalent
• Experience of managing teams and supporting with performance management
• Previous experience working with college or university students aged 16+
• Demonstratable ability of working in a Science based education setting
• Ability to develop relationships with people of all levels
