What is Required?
Employment or personal experience giving one an understanding of the issues and needs of the elderly or disabled.
Two years’ experience in fast-paced office preferred.
Must have a high school diploma or GED. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Knowledge of the healthcare industry
Working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, home care benefits, policies and procedures preferred
Excellent computer skills and knowledge required.
Excellent organizational skills required.
Must be able to multitask in a challenging environment.
Professional verbal and written communication skills required.
Must be a collaborator, intuitive and able to interact effectively with all.
Possess good management and leadership skills.
Ability to motivate others in a positive manner.
This position will report to the Client Care Manager.

Requirements • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role
• Proficiency in CRM software to manage customer interactions
• Familiarity with About Time software for efficient task management
• Experience in answering inbound calls in a prompt and detail oriented manner
• Knowledge of budget processes to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Excellent calendar management skills to organize and schedule appointments
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Experience in home health agencies, understanding their unique customer service needs
• Proven track record in a call center customer service environment
• Extensive customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis.
