As a Customer Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers and their carriers, driving onboarding success, data quality, and outstanding support.Are you passionate about customer satisfaction? If so, this role is for you!Your role & responsibilitiesAs a Customer Delivery Manager, you will be the primary contact for a portfolio of customers and their carriers, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.Customer & carrier support:Serve as the main point of contact for customer and carrier inquiries.Provide step-by-step guidance and solutions to resolve product and service-related issuesLead carriers’ onboarding (mobile, telematics, TMS) and follow up until they are fully operationalProactively engage with customers and carriers to ensure data quality and resolve any issuesCollaboration & coordination:Work closely with Customer Success Managers, Project Managers, Carrier Success, and Data Quality teams to ensure seamless operationsCollaborate with Integrations and Solution Engineers to address complex issues and support escalationsPartner with Product and Tech teams to drive product improvements based on customer feedbackParticipate in customer meetings to ensure alignment and satisfactionData quality & performance monitoring:Monitor and enhance data quality within your portfolioTrack key performance metrics such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), First Response Time, SLA compliance, and tracking rates to improve efficiencyDevelop and update knowledge base articles to enhance self-service capabilities and overall service qualityQualificationsWhat we’re looking for:Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related fieldPrevious experience in customer service, customer success, or project management, ideally in a SaaS environmentFluency in English & French (C1 level) with excellent communication skills (other languages are a plus)Strong technical aptitude and a willingness to develop skills in API, EDI, SFTPA customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationshipExcellent problem-solving skills, adaptability, and attention to detailAbility to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environmentPrevious experience in supply chain, logistics, or software solutions is a plusAdditional InformationInterview processStep: Recruiter Screen with our TA, Milena – 45′Step: Hiring Manager screening with Evgeniia – 60′Step: Case-studyStep: Team meeting & final interviewApplication Requirements:Since Shippeo operates internationally, please submit your CV in English.
