We believe in working smart together to push the boundaries of company culture and create future-proof .Are you passionate about creating meaningful customer experiences and helping organisations deliver on their brand promises?Join us as a Customer Deployment Consultant in our growing Customer Success team! 🚀The role:As a Customer Deployment Consultant, you’ll manage the end-to-end deployment process for our innovative platform, working closely with customers to ensure smooth onboarding and successful adoption. From technical setup and configuration to user training and data migration, you’ll be at the heart of delivering value to our clients.You’ll also act as the “face of Alliants,” building strong relationships with customer teams, instilling confidence, and driving operational excellence. Collaboration is key, as you’ll partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure every deployment meets agreed timelines and service-level agreements (SLAs).Reporting to the Customer Deployment & Readiness Lead, with a dotted line to Customer Success Managers across a portfolio, This role plays a pivotal part in deployment and embedding the Alliants products into our customer property/brands.Some key areas you’ll be working on:

  • Execute deployment processes to ensure timely and successful customer onboardings.
  • Identify and address potential challenges and blockers in collaboration with the Deployment & Readiness Lead.
  • Ensure precise data entry and maintain process documentation, supporting the shift towards automation.
  • Work cross-functionally to clear any deployment obstacles and ensure seamless handovers to the Alliants Support and Customer Success teams.
  • Support the Customer Success Manager by managing a portfolio of smaller customer accounts.
  • Assist in nurturing customer relationships to improve retention and drive the adoption of products.
  • Conduct customer interactions to ensure they receive exceptional value and understand the benefits of Alliants’ solutions.
  • Participate in Customer Success meetings to capture requirements and provide data-informed insights.

Important to have:Hospitality or other strong customer service focused industry experience, ideally a front line or delivery capacity.Strong organizational and process optimization skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel, maintaining a structured and detail-oriented approach.Confidence in interacting with customers and third-party vendors across various levels.Self-starter with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.Understanding of technical integrations and deployment processes in SaaS or similar environments.Nice to have:Project Management / Delivery / Business AnalysisExperience working with other technology products in the hospitality landscape (PMS, TMS, CMS, Service Optimisation tools, Payment platforms)Familiarity with CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce, Jira, and Intercom.Deployment analyst / consultant in an IT delivery organisationSaaS integration and deployment experience (including being part of a ‘war room’ team)What’s in it for you?We know we all work better in an autonomous, collaborative, diverse and equitable space.
