Customer Innovations Center Supervisor | 3D Printing

Center Supervisor opportunity.  

This role is with a
global company that has been around for more than 30 years. They invented 3D
printing, brought it into the manufacturing industry, and are experts in five
different kinds of 3D printing that services the medical,
aerospace and defense industries.

In this role, you will be responsible for helping
prospective customers “connect the dots” between the “beta” customer service innovation
center 3D printing capabilities and full scale production environment in their
factories as well as operational support/coordination to execute customer
orders effectively.

Customer Innovation Center Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Represent the CIC showroom and interface/consult
  with customers on their 3D printing needs
• Develop and implement policies, plans and procedures
  for staffing, capacity planning, resource scheduling, inventory planning,
  purchasing, manufacturing operations, cost standards, facility safety,
  equipment maintenance, and product quality.
• Create stimulus for new thinking by showcasing
  3D printing solutions
• Ensuring ongoing usage of the CIC and maintain
  an optimal level of productivity

Customer Innovation Center Supervisor Requirements:

• 4+ years of manufacturing experience with some
  (preferred all) in the 3D printing industry
• Applications Engineering background or relevant experience
• Experience with 3D CAD and developing models/prototypes
• Experience with logistics/coordination for
  facility day to day operations/maintenance and requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation:

• $90,000-$100,000/year with an 8% company
  performance bonus
• Eligible for annual bonus based on company
  performance
