- Starting salary of £30,000 per annum dependent on skills and experiences
- 39 hours a week, working 5 days over 7, including alternate weekends.
- We operate 7 days a week to meet the shopping needs of our guests, this role will require availability to work during the day, late evenings, and full weekends.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE
You will bring previous experience leading a team in a retail or guest-facing environment. You can build and retain long-lasting relationships with new and existing guests in a multichannel retail environment.You will be responsible for ensuring a positive and joyful experience for all guests to the IKEA store and can inspire your team to achieve common goals. You will be a people-person and natural problem solver and can adapt to changing priorities through setting clear expectations for your team.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
- You will support a team of co-workers in a guest facing role, ensuring guests leave with a positive impression of the IKEA store and want to return and shop again.
- Every day you will work to ensure your team have the knowledge, confidence and motivation to support guests make payments in an efficient, simple and friendly way.
- You work in an agile way, agreeing and implementing improved ways of working and following up to ensure we have been successful in resolving issues for future guests.
- Follow cash handling procedures to ensure the security of money handling.
