Enjoy hitting targets and being rewarded for doing so?We have the job for you!THE JOBThe Customer Service Administrator, known internally as a Valuation Manager, at Move With Us (part of Simplify) works as part of a busy and friendly Developer team. With full training provided, you’ll be tasked with liaising with estate agents, writing valuation reports, and supporting the wider team in a busy Customer Service role.This role can be incredibly rewarding, both from a financial and personal perspective. You’ll be able to earn uncapped commission and work with a cohesive and tightly knit team. There is also a clear career path within the team for those who are ambitious, perform strongly, and wish to progress.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Working with estate agents to compare properties, review figures and perform market appraisals
• Completing Valuation reports quickly and accurately
• Obtaining availability and property details from customers and arranging for estate agents to value their property

REQUIREMENTSAnd now for the nitty gritty:To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be good with people, calm under pressure whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy, and target driven.
