Job Role: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £23,335 + Bonus
Location: Heanor
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm (40 hours a week)Harper Recruitment are proud to be working with a growing and expanding business in Heanor. We are looking for passionate individuals to join a motivated and thriving team.What does the role involve?

• Ensure the efficient and timely handling of inbound and outbound calls.
• Identify opportunities for upselling products and services to maximise sales potential.
• Manage live chat inquiries and provide prompt responses.
• Deliver accurate information over the phone and in person when needed.
• Update customer records and internal databases as required.
• Create invoices, proformas, and credit notes.
• Generate inbound and outbound courier labels.
• Maintain clear communication with internal technical departments.
• Act as an effective liaison between customers and technical staff.
