Salary: £24,960 per annum + £500 bonus after 6 months.Hours: · Rotational Shift pattern. You will work 40 hrs per week between the hours of 7am-11pm (Mon-Sun)We’re hiring Customer Service Advisors to join our team in Belfast. In this rewarding role, you’ll work on behalf of a major UK banking organisation, helping customers address potential fraud on their accounts. Your skills in customer care will be the key to restoring peace of mind to those in need.What you will do as a Customer Service Advisor:

• Deliver first-class customer service over the phone, addressing banking fraud concerns.
• Investigate suspicious account activity and provide customers with clear updates.
• Offer empathy and reassurance during potentially distressing situations.
• Work with multiple systems to resolve issues efficiently and accurately.
