Customer Service Agent – Afternoons and Nights
Remote Working with training in Nottingham
From £12.10 per hour
Monday-Friday 37.5 hours

Shift patterns;
13:00 – 22:00
17:00 – 02:00
19:30 – 04:00What does the role involve?
- Responding to customer queries through allocated tickets, emails, letters, telephone and live chat
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints
- Liaising with internal teams, B2B, customers, and couriers
- Processing orders, payments, returns, replacements, and refunds
- Maintaining knowledge of products, services, and promotions to provide a 1st class customer experience
- Performing other customer-based administrative duties
- Managing fluctuating workloads
Who are we looking for?
- Proven customer service experience from office, call centre, retail, hospitality or similar
- Bubbly and passionate communicator
- Adaptability and team player
- MS Office proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel)
