Customer Service Agent Duties and Responsibilities:

• Stay up to date on company products and services to provide accurate information
• Answer incoming phone calls, respond to voicemails, and handle customer emails
• Provide helpful and friendly support to customers in person and over the phone
• Troubleshoot customer issues and ensure timely, thorough resolutions
• Make product or service recommendations based on customer needs
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
• Record and update customer information and service interactions
• Maintain a professional, positive tone with every customer interaction
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to resolve issues
• Share customer feedback with the team to improve service quality
• Help build long-term customer relationships by providing consistent, helpful service
• Attend team meetings and stay engaged in learning opportunities
