Position: Customer Service and Installations Supervisor
Location: Brossard
Salary: $75,000 or more per year, negotiable based on experience and qualifications
Job Type: Permanent
Schedule: Day shifts, Monday to Friday, full-time, 37.5 hours per week, flexible

Responsibilities:
– Lead and supervise the installation and technical support team
– Train and motivate team members
– Coordinate daily activities within the department
– Manage the service fleet of trucks
– Collaborate with service providers and clients
– Approve supplier invoices
– Participate in hiring process
– Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
– Implement new processes and procedures for the department
– Improve processes based on customer feedback
Requirements:
– University degree
– Experience in team management (customer service, technical support, installations, or relevant field)
– Proficiency in MS Office suite (intermediate Excel)
– Bilingual to collaborate with clients and employees outside Quebec
