What you’ll bring to the team:Are you looking for a part-time job that’s packed with fun? Want to work where cheeky otters, majestic rays, and gliding sharks are your daily audience? Well, dive in as we’re hiring for our 2025 season!Our Guest Experience Hosts bring SEA LIFE to life! From welcoming adventurers at Admissions & Retail to crafting the perfect coffee in our Food & Beverage team, you’ll make sure every visitor has an amazing experience. Whether you’re selling a fin-tastic souvenir or making a guest’s day with your otter-ly awesome service, no two shifts are the same!What you’ll be doing:

• Greeting guests with a big smile and a warm welcome.
• Working the tills like a pro – admissions, retail, or food & beverage.
• Upselling SEA LIFE goodies – who doesn’t love a turtle plushie?
• Keeping your area clean, stocked, and looking jaw-some.
• Helping open and close the attraction so everything runs swimmingly.

These are seasonal, part-time positions, offering a minimum of 5 hours per week. Flexibility is needed as you will be working weekends and bank holidays.Qualifications & Experience:

• A people person who loves chatting with guests.
• Experience in retail, admissions, or food & beverage is a plus, but we’ll teach you the ropes.
• Someone who’s hard-working, fun, and full of energy.
• A great communicator – whether you’re answering questions or making recommendations.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays (our sea creatures don’t take days off!).
