Delivering an exceptional customer experience is at the top of their agenda, and that’s where you come in.Customer Service Assistant Role:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, utilising extensive training to possess in-depth knowledge about all products and services offered by the clients.
• Ensure that every customer interaction is personalised, making each individual feel valued and special from the moment they engage with the client’s brand. Customer interactions will take place in pre allocated locations engaging with customers where they live, work or shop.
• Proactively generate enthusiasm and interest around the client’s products and services, effectively creating a buzz within a pre allocated chosen market and handling all aspects of new customer sign ups.
• Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs, understanding their preferences, and addressing their concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Utilise insights gained from customer interactions to drive new customer acquisitions by identifying opportunities to fulfil unmet needs and provide tailored solutions.
