Job Description
Will be responsible for reviewing transaction requests and authorizations, processing transactions, and timely and accurate reconciliatory of transactions.
Maintain department processing standards in productivity and quality.
Responsible for tracking responses to client inquiries in order to inform the development of guides that enable to swift resolution of recurring issues.
Performs duties as assigned to improve business processes, the timing and quality of client transactions, and the level of support available.
Works to learn and understand business processes and service requirements
May communicate either verbally or in writing with clients
Will be navigating through multiple systems daily
Qualifications
Proficiency within Microsoft Excel and strong computer skills
Proficient Math and Reading skills
Strong Analytical Abilities, Customer Service, and administrative skills
