Job Title: Customer Service Associate

Location: Ypsilanti, Michigan

Compensation: $16.00-19.00 per hour – WEEKLY PAY!

What’s the Job?

• Provide outstanding customer service to clients, visitors, and customers.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with a friendly and helpful attitude.

• Document and update customer records based on interactions.

• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.

• Process mail, packages, and orders for shipment.

• Process warranty returns.

• Verify returns on items and process refunds or replacements on orders.

What’s Needed?

• Ability to navigate Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.

• Ability to build rapport with clients.

• USPS, UPS, and FedEx shipping and tracking experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Experience with correspondence between clients, customers, and staff via phone and email.

• Ability to prioritize and multitask.

• Positive and professional demeanor.
