Position: Customer Service Coordinator – Key Accounts
Location: Kirkland – hybrid
Salary: $55K to $58K + bonus and full benefitsA very well-established international industry leader is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their dynamic teamIn this role, you will be supporting the sales team, working with customers to ensure order management and overall excellence in customer experience. – Being the primary contact on systems
– Participating in product information and costing
– Managing projects as related to products and working with the account
– Providing support to the client on all matters related to product, delivery, quality, etc.
– Collaborating with the supply chain department on forecasting demand planning
– Performing additional responsibilities as related to account managementQualifications:– At least 2-5 years of experience in supporting B2B client accounts
– BA Degree is considered a strong asset
– Strong computer skills in MS Excel and ERP systems
