  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for the client’s care line, supporting Veterinary professionals, Pet owners, Farmers, Wholesalers, and Retailers. Deliver a high level of customer service and efficiency in handling inquiries.
  • Technical Support: Collaborate with the team of veterinarians to address technical and quality-related inquiries regarding our products and services. Ensure accurate and informed responses to customer queries.
  • Continuous Learning: Invest in ongoing technical training to maintain and enhance your understanding of the product portfolio and the related market. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
  • Order Management: Work closely with external suppliers, wholesalers, and distributors in the UK and ROI to manage the direct supply of products. Execute timely and accurate administration tasks, including processing sales orders, acknowledgements, invoicing, and managing credits and debits.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries related to product supply, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
  • Event Participation: Attend and actively participate in product launches, congresses, and commercial meetings to support knowledge exchange, training, and adopting best practices within the team.

πŸ’Ό The ideal candidate:

  • A qualified RVN (Registered Veterinary Nurse) or MRCVS (Member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons) is essential.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Veterinary technical support is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
  • Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • A solid commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
