No walk-ins, please.Position Responsibilities / Minimum RequirementsProcess customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.Communicate with customers over phone, email and chat.Help customers navigate Uline’s website and online ordering.Become a product and solutions expert! We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.High school diploma or equivalent.
