Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Entry Customer Service Specialist to join our client in the North Broward area. Our client is seeking Customer Service Specialists to work either a 8am to 5pm schedule or 5pm to 11pm schedule (Monday-Friday).

What We’re Looking For:

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Previous experience in data entry or customer service preferred

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry software

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service

Responsibilities

  • Inputting customer information, orders, and other data into the company’s database or CRM system with precision and attention to detail.

  • Communicating with customers via phone, email, or chat to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

  • Updating and maintaining customer records to ensure all information is current and accurate, including contact details, order histories, and service requests.

  • Handling customer orders by entering data accurately, verifying information, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment.

  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints and discrepancies related to data entry, billing, and account management.

  • Keeping detailed records of all customer interactions, transactions, and updates in the company’s system for future reference and quality control.

  • Reviewing data for errors and inconsistencies, making necessary corrections, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
