Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Entry Customer Service Specialist to join our client in the North Broward area. Our client is seeking Customer Service Specialists to work either a 8am to 5pm schedule or 5pm to 11pm schedule (Monday-Friday).
What We’re Looking For:
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Previous experience in data entry or customer service preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service

Responsibilities
Inputting customer information, orders, and other data into the company’s database or CRM system with precision and attention to detail.
Communicating with customers via phone, email, or chat to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Updating and maintaining customer records to ensure all information is current and accurate, including contact details, order histories, and service requests.
Handling customer orders by entering data accurately, verifying information, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment.
Investigating and resolving customer complaints and discrepancies related to data entry, billing, and account management.
Keeping detailed records of all customer interactions, transactions, and updates in the company’s system for future reference and quality control.
Reviewing data for errors and inconsistencies, making necessary corrections, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
