We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

salary: $16.5 – $17 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM – 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person. Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly.

• Identify and troubleshoot customer problems, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.

• Accurately update and maintain customer records in our database.

• Handle customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.

• Educate customers about products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.

• Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
