We are looking for a customer service representative in the Cheektowaga, NY area. Must have experience using a computer, must be comfortable on the telephone and working fully onsite. Apply if interested.

salary: $17 – $18 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM – 4:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails and phone calls promptly

• Process quotes, enter orders into the system, and generate/send invoices

• Make outbound sales calls to follow up on leads and build customer relationships

• Provide product information and assist customers with selecting the right solutions

• Address customer inquiries or issues and escalate to management as needed

• Maintain customer records and order tracking in CRM software

• Collaborate with internal teams (shipping, operations) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
