Robert Half has partnered with a company in the insurance industry hiring for a Customer Service Specialist. This position works onsite in Colleyville. Looking for someone with quality customer service experience who can handle and de-escalate high volume calls to provide quality guest services.

Details:

• Pay : $20/hr

• Onsite in Colleyville 76034

• Start ASAP!!

• 8:30- 5:30 pm

• Contract to hire

Responsibilities :

• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features

• Answering a volume amount of inbound calls

• Assist with scheduling insurance appointments, claim adjustments, auto claims, etc

• Experience with data entry, inputting customer information into the system

• Basic administrative duties, filing, stocking kitchen, front desk etc
