Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the financial services industry. The position is located in Hermitage, Pennsylvania. The role involves managing customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and delivering superior service in a dynamic banking environment. This is a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to a large volume of inbound calls in an efficient manner.

• Resolve customer complaints or queries through various communication channels including phone, email, or face-to-face interactions.

• Assist customers with new account opening, account updates, and general banking inquiries.

• Provide accurate information about banking products and services to customers.

• Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience.

• Offer banking solutions based on account analysis conducted.

• Handle customer data with confidentiality and in compliance with banking regulations.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about all banking services, products, and procedures.

• Use computer programs and CRM systems proficiently to process customer credit applications and maintain records. Requirements • Proficiency in Computer Programs relevant to the financial services industry

• Experience with CRM systems, preferably in a customer service setting

• Familiarity with handling and answering inbound calls in a professional manner

• Proven ability to assist customers effectively and efficiently

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is desirable but not necessary

• Ability to resolve customer service issues promptly and accurately

• A strong commitment to providing superior customer service

• Openness to continuous learning and skill development in customer service-related areas

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• High level of patience and empathy when dealing with customers

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues

• Availability to work in different shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
