In this role, you’ll be the frontline ambassador of our company, assisting clients with their inquiries, orders, and technical questions related to bearings and industrial parts. Your primary responsibilities will include:-Customer Interaction by engaging with customers via phone and email to provide product information, process orders, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.-Technical Expertise and have a deep understanding of the products to offer knowledgeable assistance and guidance.-Order management from inception to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment to meet customer expectations.-Problem solving and collaborating with internal teams to address technical inquiries and provide solutions that meet customer requirements.-Relationship building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.Qualifications
-Previous experience in customer service within the industrial sector, with experience in bearings and industrial parts being a huge asset.
-Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.Summary
