Customer Service Representative

A local aerospace manufacturer is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their growing team! If you have 2+ years of office customer service experience and strong organizational skills, then this role may be perfect for you!

This company is a full-service surface finishing company that specializes in commercial aerospace and defense. They offer a supportive environment with ample opportunities for growth! Upon conversion, they have great benefits including a generous PTO program, 401k with match, and more! 

In this full-time, temporary to hire Customer Service Representative role, you will be the main point of contact for customers regarding job status and help ensure that delivery times are met. 

Customer Service Representative Job Duties
:

• Coordinate and expedite work flow between departments to meet weekly production schedules
• Assist customers via email and phone
• Develop and send out daily reports
• Communicate with production regarding job status

Pay:
$22 

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm


Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of office customer service experience
• Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite, MRP experience a plus!)
• Strong communication skills
• HS Diploma or GED
