This
is a temp to hire, Customer Service Representative, position at a
distribution company in Tualatin. This role is the perfect opportunity if you are
looking to grow your experience with a high value slab supplier (stone, quartz,
etc.) in the architecture and design space.
This
company offers long term growth in training and internal promotions. Your days
will consist of 90% of your time will be spent using SAP ERP, sending email,
confirming orders and following up with customers. 8% of your time will be
spent serving customers on the show room floor.

What
you will be doing as an Customer Service Representative:
- Using
SAP ERP to manage resources and business processes - Handling
inbound and outbound calls - Processing
customer payments and accounts receivable
Requirements
for the Customer Service Representative:
- Ability
to self-manage tasks in a fast paced environment - Able to
handle escalations with customer on a case by case basis - 6
months+ of CSR or comparable experience
Schedule:
Monday- Friday 8AM-4:30PM / 5PM depending on preference of 30 mins 1 hr lunch
Pay:
$23-24 per hour DOE

Tualatin, OR
