Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, social media, or in-person interactions.
- Listen actively to customer concerns, identify needs, and provide appropriate solutions or information.
- Resolve complaints efficiently and empathetically, escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, or account adjustments accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in company systems.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services where appropriate.
- Provide basic troubleshooting or guidance on product usage.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support) to address customer needs.
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Contribute to team goals, such as meeting response time targets or customer satisfaction metrics.
Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening and empathy to understand customer perspectives.
- Problem-solving abilities and patience when handling difficult situations.
- Proficiency with computers, CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce), and office tools.
- Multitasking and time management in fast-paced environments.
