If you have 1-2 years of experience working in a customer service environment and you are computer proficient, this Customer Service Representative role may be the job for you! A market-leading company that provides services for refrigeration and HVAC systems is currently looking for a  Customer Service Representative to join their team.

This Customer Service Representative role offers full-time hours, weekly pay and optional overtime!

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity on Day Shift where you will be dispatching business to business calls. No sales and no cold calling involved!

Customer Service Representative Schedule:  

  • Sunday – Thursday 8am – 5pm (1 hour lunch unpaid) ?

Customer Service Representative Duties:

  • Answer inbound business-to-business calls
  • Accurately input work orders
  • Dispatch technicians
  • Navigate through different software

You will be successful in this role if you enjoy problem-solving, like working independently, and work with a sense of urgency.

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • 2-3 years call center experience
  • Previous dispatch experience is a PLUS!
  • Able to type +40wpm
  • Knowledgeable around different CRM software

Pay: $20/hr
