Customer Service Representative – Call Center

Adecco is hiring immediately for Customer Service Representatives – Call Center with a local client in Seattle, Bellevue, Kent, Renton, Federal Way, and surrounding areas. Weekly pay starting at $18.00-$30.00 per hour and competitive benefits with options such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). These Customer Service Representative – Call Center jobs require a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of relevant experience. As a Customer Service Representative, you will Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner, assist customers with product information, orders, billing inquiries, and issue resolution, provide accurate information and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction, document customer interactions and transactions accurately in our system, and collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and maintain high service standards.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $30.00 per hour
