Our client, a large and established non-profit, is looking for a customer service representative with exceptional communications and computer skills. Duties:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, utilizing custom software and Excel
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed in proprietary database and Excel
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and maintain detailed records – and analyse this data in Excel

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Advanced Excel data management skills
  • Demonstrated longevity and loyalty in previous positions
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
  • Upselling or cross-selling experience is desirable

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
  • Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism and empathy
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
