Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Pay Rate: $ 24.00/hour

Job Description:

Department: Hair Care/Color and Skin/Cosmetics

Adecco is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support an iconic brands in the Hair Care/Color and Skin/Cosmetic categories . In this frontline position, the Beauty Advisor will engage with consumers through multiple channels, including phone, live chat, email, social media, and reviews, providing expert product knowledge and helping to build relationships and consumer loyalty.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about beauty and fashion, offering the chance to work with an industry-leading company. The contract role includes a hybrid work schedule, with an initial on-site training period. The position will last for at least one year with the potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Duties:

  • Interact professionally with consumers through voice and online channels.

  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, live chat, social media, and reviews.

  • Provide expert product knowledge and assist consumers in finding the right products.

  • Engage with consumers across digital platforms, including social media, to drive customer satisfaction.

  • Meet established performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and service levels.

  • Identify and recommend opportunities to influence consumer purchasing decisions.

  • Document consumer interactions and share feedback with management for improvement.

  • Adapt to flexible schedules, which may include evenings and weekends.

  • Product Expertise:

  • Educate consumers on the use of products and offer product recommendations.

  • Build consumer relationships and help with cross-selling opportunities.

  • Monitor trends and share valuable insights to support product and service improvements.

  • Provide customer insights for potential product development and enhance the overall consumer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required

  • Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred

  • Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

  • Social media knowledge and ability to stay up-to-date on trends

  • High level of organization and attention to detail

  • Strong sense of urgency and adaptability

  • Interest in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands

  • Work Environment: Must be flexible and willing to work outside standard hours, including weekends when needed

Additional Information:

  • PPE and Dress Code: Business Casual Work-Appropriate Attire

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
