We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative II to join our team. This is a fully remote role. This role involves interacting with customers, handling inquiries about our products and services, and resolving any complaints. The successful candidate will also work closely with program managers to ensure the completion of all administrative and operational tasks associated with national accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers and provide information in response to inquiries about products and services

• Handle and resolve complaints from customers in a timely and efficient manner

• Work with program managers to ensure that all administrative and operational tasks associated with national accounts are completed

• Dispatch client requests and follow up with field posting and data entry

• Prepare invoices, reports, letters, financial statements, and other documents as required

• Maintain organized and confidential customer/client information

• Use computer applications such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to manage work efficiently

• Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails

• Use effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members

• Use Salesforce platform to manage customer interactions and data.

Please note that the role will require some level of computer literacy and previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage

Requirements

•ASSOCIATES DEGREE OR HIGHER REQUIRED

Proven experience in Customer Service roles

• Proficiency in Data Entry tasks

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint

• Knowledge of “About Time” and Salesforce Platform

• Experience in dealing with Vendors

• Ability to handle Correspondence professionally

• Retail industry experience is advantageous

• Understanding of Financial Statements and Financial Notes

• Strong Interpersonal Skills

• Experience in Distributing Faxes and Photocopying/Scanning documents

• Familiarity with Placement processes

• Basic Computer Skills are essential

• Knowledge of the programming language ‘Go’ is a plus

• Excellent Written Communication skills

• Ability to Resolve Customer Complaints effectively

• Proficiency in using Computer Programs for operational tasks

• Experience in preparing Invoices

• Familiarity with Submittals process

• Ability to perform various Operational Tasks

• Experience in preparing responses to customer queries

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
