Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bloomington, Minnesota. As part of our team, you will be tasked with the responsibility of accurately reviewing and inputting customer orders, both domestic and international, as well as resolving all commercial issues. This role also involves direct interaction with customers and the sales team to address order issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and communicate delivery expectations.

• Determine correct part numbers and order types.

• Review and set shipping requirements including the selection of carriers, service type, and freight payment terms.

• Complete purchase requisitions for any third-party purchased items.

• Handle special requirements such as product deviations, custom certificates, packaging, or marking requirements.

• Engage with customers and the sales team to obtain any incomplete or unclear information.

• Enter and verify order data accurately and promptly.

• Address and resolve any pre-entry commercial issues related to order acceptance.

• Serve as the point of contact for all commercial questions and issues.

• Review contract terms and conditions and negotiate changes with customers.

• Maintain customer orders and prepare custom documentation. Requirements • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent education level.

• Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.

• Proficiency in using computers, with a special focus on CRM systems and practices.

• Familiarity with Order Entry systems and software.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with difficult customers or situations.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on providing high-quality solutions to customer issues.

• Ability to work in a team and contribute to achieving shared goals.

• Willingness to continually learn and adapt to new information or changes in the industry.

• Must be available to work during business hours, and possibly some weekends and holidays.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Fluency in English is required, proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

• Must have the legal right to work in the hiring country.
