Customer Service Representative in Cincinnati, Ohio

Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team located in Northern Cincinnati, Ohio. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer orders for standard items and ensure timely order processing

• Maintain and monitor customer accounts and order status updates

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, providing clear and complete information

• Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

• Coordinate with print, production, and shipping teams to provide status updates on customer orders

• Ensure on-time order fulfillment by processing orders according to customer need-by date

• Create shipping tickets for orders using appropriate software

• Assist other Customer Service Representatives as needed

• Manage large volumes of incoming emails and orders

• Ensure the accuracy of customer and order information including item pricing and details.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience in a call center customer service role

• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls

• Excellent customer service skills

• Familiarity with data entry and order entry processes

• Strong communication skills, including via email correspondence

• Ability to answer inbound calls promptly and professionally

• Ability to work well in a team and individually

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle customer issues efficiently and effectively

• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
