Position: Customer Service Call Center Representative Location: Columbia, South Carolina, 29229

Shift: You’ll be assigned an 8-hour shift between 8 am and 8 pm. Flexibility is key as we’re hiring for a class that requires availability during these hours.

Training Commitment: Candidates must be dedicated to completing 6-8 weeks of onsite training. Once you’ve mastered the essentials and are exceeding expectations, there’s potential for the option to work from home!

Qualifications:

  • CSA I: Minimum 1 year of professional/office experience with inbound calling (e.g., call center, receptionist, front desk, dispatcher). If you have a 2 or 4-year degree, we can be flexible on the experience requirement!

  • CSA II: At least 3 years of professional customer support experience.

  • Proficiency in MS Office products.

  • Soft skills: Excellent communication abilities, adaptability, multitasking prowess, organizational skills, openness to feedback, and a commitment to following company policies.
