Description We are in the process of hiring a Customer Service Representative for our team located in Dallas, Texas. This role is a long-term contract opportunity and is primarily concerned with providing administrative and customer service support. You will play a key role in processing orders, handling customer inquiries, and providing general administrative assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring all details are accurately recorded

• Resolve customer issues or requests in a timely manner, escalating complex issues where necessary

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Contribute to a team of three, collaborating effectively to ensure smooth operations

• Package products ready for dispatch, adhering to company standards and procedures

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Provide general administrative support as required, contributing to the efficient running of the business

• Ensure low email and call volume by addressing customer needs effectively and proactively

• Uphold company standards and policies in all customer interactions. Requirements • Must possess strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members

• Proven experience in a customer service role is advantageous

• Proficient in using computer software, including MS Office Suite and CRM systems

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Ability to resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction

• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory

• Administrative assistance skills are essential

• Ability to work in a team and contribute to achieving team goals

• Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Must be willing to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Fluency in multiple languages can be an added advantage

• Must adhere to all company policies and procedures

• Must have a customer-oriented approach and patience in dealing with customers.
