You as Customer Service Coordinator will play a key role within the Customer Service Team, providing first class support to our customers across EMEA. You will be responsible for achieving business goals for managing customer orders, ensuring on time delivery, and supporting improvement initiatives of our tools and processes. You will be located in De Meern, Utrecht, Netherlands (hybrid working, 60% on site).
In this role, a typical day will look like:

Maintaining and managing the long-term strategic relationship with clients across Europe, Middle East and Africa, in order to maximize customer satisfaction

Taking supply chain responsibility for a region which will include subsidiaries, distributors, and end user customers in a regional team

Daily order management to ensure customer requirements are met, including but not limited to: receiving sales orders, placing purchase orders, following up with local and international suppliers, tracking order deliveries, handling returns and complaints, liaising with local and international Operations colleagues

Problem-solving and proposing alternatives in case of urgent deliveries, delays or other disruptions to customer orders, in line with our policies and processes

Running reports and analyzing data, in order to support our daily performance
The essential requirements of the job include:
-
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within an international supply chain organization

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), with the ability to create reports in Excel and perform data analysis

Experience in using ERP and CRM systems like Oracle, SAP, Salesforce

An analytical mind with good attention to detail, with the ability to run reports, gathering insights and making sense of different data sources

Fluent in English, fluency in Dutch is an advantage
