Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The role involves working in a digital tax compliance software industry, where you will be the primary point of contact for our clientele, handling their inquiries and maintaining their accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns through phone, email, or chat.

• Document customer interactions in a case management system, ensuring accurate records are maintained.

• Conduct outbound calls to clients to resolve complex issues that require further interactions.

• Participate in special projects such as site testing and client support initiatives.

• Adapt to changes in processes and policies as directed.

• Handle incoming customer questions, providing timely and effective solutions.

• Maintain a daily log for productivity assessment and identification of individual strengths and weaknesses.

• Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members.

• Demonstrate multitasking and prioritization capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

• Exhibit high attention to detail and a committed work ethic in all tasks. Requirements • Must have the ability to effectively handle inbound calls.

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is beneficial but not required.

• Strong customer service skills, including the ability to handle difficult customers and resolve complaints.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center systems and technology.

• Ability to learn about the company’s products or services to provide accurate information to customers.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong multitasking abilities.

• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience.
