We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative on site in Fayetteville, Arkansas. This role involves working in a digital tax compliance software industry, dealing primarily with customer interactions in a call center environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Document customer inquiries and maintain records in a case management system.
• Conduct outbound calls to clients for complex issues requiring additional interactions for resolution.
• Participate in special projects such as site testing and client support initiatives.
• Adapt to changes in processes and policies.
• Maintain a daily log for productivity assessment and identification of individual strengths and weaknesses.
• Handle multi-channel support environment which includes communication through phone, email, or chat.
• Maintain professional environment and refrain from personal distractions while working.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Use computer literacy skills, including internet applications and Microsoft Excel.
Requirements • Proven ability in handling inbound calls
• Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is beneficial
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well in a team
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software
• Flexibility to work in shifts, during weekends, or on holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent education level
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes or procedures
• Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
