Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Houston, Texas. As a vital part of our team, you will be tasked with handling customer inquiries, managing customer accounts, and ensuring high-quality customer service in our call center environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from customers with professionalism and efficiency

• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues and answering queries

• Perform data entry tasks to record customer interactions and transactions accurately

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to manage and organize customer data

• Participate in email correspondence to address customer concerns and inquiries

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or issues

• Manage order entries accurately and timely

• Schedule appointments as needed for customers

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on account status

• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer service experience. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls in a call center environment.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality customer service.

• Proven ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and speed.

• Skilled in handling email correspondence professionally and promptly.

• Experience with order entry systems and procedures.

• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently and accurately.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

• Must be adaptable and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• High level of patience and empathy towards customers’ needs and concerns.

• Must have a customer-centric mindset and a commitment to improving customer service experience.
