We are on the hunt for a diligent Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Hospitality industry, based in LEXINGTON-FAYETTE, Kentucky. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing reservation requests, maintaining client relations, and ensuring the smooth operation of our services. Responsibilities:

• Handle reservation requests, predominantly ranging from 1-10 room-nights.

• Ensure adherence to client guidelines when reserving rooms, considering factors such as per diem, amenities, and hotel preferences.

• Prioritize and complete client requests within set deadlines.

• Utilize decision-making skills to select hotel options aligning with business financial goals.

• Accurately enter requests and reservations into the system.

• Apply knowledge of the hotel industry and regional markets in daily operations.

• Communicate effectively and promptly with clients and hotels, adhering to our mission of adding value in every interaction.

• Regularly follow up with clients on outstanding requests prior to their arrival.

• Address and resolve any client and hotel issues concerning reservation changes, including extensions and early departures, on a daily basis.

• Collaborate with Account Management teams and Hotel Network Management to identify frequently visited hotels and propose “in-network” hotel options to clients.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements • Proven experience in a Customer Service role within the hospitality industry

• Proficiency in Call Center Customer Service operations

• Strong ability in Data Entry and Computer Data Entry

• Demonstrated skills in managing Client Relations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a team and independently

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work under pressure and multitask

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated

• Customer-oriented mindset

• Ability to handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions within time limits

• Ability to follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
