Customer Service Representative in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Job Description

  • Answer 60-70 incoming calls from licensed insurance agents and brokers looking to get assistance on our policies and procedures to communicate back to their customers

  • Research customer policy guidelines and reiterate information back to customer

  • Provide accurate policy information to customers

  • Assist in registration and navigation of company registration

  • Follow up with customers when necessary

  • 6 month contract to hire

  • Training will be 6-7 weeks fully in office and then will move to a hybrid schedule (3 days in office and 2 days remote) after training

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • HS Diploma

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in professional environment

  • Minimum internet speeds of 10 mbps upload and 50 mbps download

Work Environment

  • Need to be available 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. (CST) Monday – Friday, will be assigned 8 hours shift 5 days a week after training is complete

  • Located in Minneapolis

  • Expected start date: October 21, 2024
