Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in North Charleston, South Carolina. In this role, you will be a key part of our service industry operations, ensuring exceptional customer interactions and maintaining meticulous records. Responsibilities:

• Maintain precise customer credit records, updating them as necessary

• Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary

• Perform general administrative duties as required

• Answer inbound calls, providing excellent customer service

• Key in invoices and maintain accurate records

• Schedule appointments and dispatch technicians

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for various tasks, including data entry and email correspondence

• Ensure smooth operation of customer service in both inbound and outbound calls.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience providing high-quality customer service

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience with order entry processes

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively

• Demonstrated ability to work in a service industry setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• High attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
