Description

We are in search of a Customer Service Representative situated in North Chesterfield, Virginia. This role exists within a dynamic and fast-paced setting, and it offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be expected to manage customer inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Manage both inbound and outbound customer calls.

• Attend to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and friendly manner.

• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly.

• Answer credit card questions and process payments

• Adhere to company policies while ensuring client information confidentiality.

• Handle complex transactions and perform extensive research to resolve intricate customer inquiries.

• Engage effectively with both internal and external partners as well as clients.

• Utilize advanced Microsoft Office skills in daily tasks.

• Navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.

• Actively solve problems by listening for customer cues and resolving issues with grace and integrity.

Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently

• Excellent data entry skills, including order entry

• Familiarity with scheduling appointments in a professional setting

• Exceptional written communication skills for email correspondence

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach

• Ability to handle customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

• Willingness to adapt to new processes and systems for continual service improvement.
