Description We are seeking a diligent and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team in the logistics industry, based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, where you will be instrumental in coordinating all activities necessary to provide sales, service, and support to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate customer orders and changes in a timely and accurate manner

• Work collaboratively with the Accounts Receivable department to resolve any disputed credit items

• Prepare and dispatch invoices to customers, ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed

• Communicate effectively with customers through various channels such as phone calls and emails

• Provide support to the Customer Service Manager by undertaking miscellaneous tasks as required

• Utilize Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word to maintain records and perform data entry tasks

• Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service at all times

• Use your skills in order entry to ensure all customer information is up-to-date and accurate

• Regularly monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary. Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the logistics industry

• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on professional email correspondence

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience in order entry and processing, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment

• Ability to schedule appointments and manage multiple schedules

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and customers

• Commitment to continuous improvement and learning, adapting to new technologies and processes in the industry.
