Do you have at least 2 years working in an office setting? Do you have excellent computer literacy and a customer centric mindset? Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from prospective and established customers and assist in answering questions about inventory, product specifications, tracking and order management.

• Maintain product knowledge in order to serve as a consultant to the customer regarding industry trends and product updates.

• Contact vendors and manufacturers to fulfill orders of non-stocked items.

• Maintain excellent communication between internal departments; marketing, accounting, etc.

• Resolve customer conflicts and address communications within 1 business day.

• Accurate data entry and keep organized and legible records in customer database.

• Create proposals and quotes for customers.

• Attend various product meetings and business discussions to ensure up to date knowledge of products.

• Other administrative and client support duties as assigned.
